1. Ligations can be submitted frozen on dry ice, or lypophilized.

2. Please include the following information when placing your order:

a. E. coli strain to be used for transformation
b. Growth medium
c. Antibiotic for selection
d. Whether positive clones should be selected by blue/white screening
e. Number of clones to be picked
