Submission of Transformations for plating

1. Frozen library transformations can be submitted for plating.

2. Ligations should be transformed into DH10B (preferred) or TOP10 competent cells. Please contact us before using other strains.

3. Indicate type media and antibiotics to use for plating.

4. If known, please indicate the amount of transformation to be plated for the desired colony densities described under: Submitting agar lawns for colony picking.

5. Pack transformations on dry ice in an insulated container. Make sure tubes/vials are adequately sealed.
